By providing your phone number and interacting with our platform, you explicitly consent to receive automated promotional, informational, and operational text messages (SMS/MMS) and artificial or prerecorded voice calls from Axiom Communications at the number provided. Voice AI & Recording Data
When you interact with our AI-driven voice agents, you acknowledge that calls may be monitored, recorded, transcribed, and analyzed. This data is utilized strictly for quality assurance, compliance auditing, and the continuous algorithmic optimization of our conversational models. We employ industry-standard encryption for data storage and restrict access to authorized personnel only.

Axiom Communications does not charge a distinct fee for our SMS or voice services; however, standard message and data rates may apply as dictated by your mobile carrier. You are solely responsible for any charges incurred from your cellular provider.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Axiom Communications and its affiliates shall not be held liable for any delayed, undelivered, or misdirected messages, nor for any interruptions in voice AI services. Communications are provided on an "AS IS" basis. We disclaim all warranties regarding the reliability, timeliness, or accuracy of automated communications.
